We provide a cloud-based billing, inventory, and GST management platform. The application is hosted on our secure servers and accessible via web browser.
All customer accounts are hosted on our secured servers. Each customer is provided with individual login access. Data is isolated and not shared between users.
We provide domain setup support. Domain registration cost up to ₹1000 per year is included. If the domain cost exceeds ₹1000, the additional amount will be charged to the customer.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.
All plans are subscription-based. Services will be activated after successful payment. Renewal is required to continue access to the platform.
Free updates are provided for one year from the date of subscription. Continued updates may depend on plan renewal.
We take reasonable measures to protect user data. However, users are advised to maintain backups of critical business data.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of our software, including business loss or data issues.
While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, violation of terms, or non-payment.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of updated terms.
